My business isn’t in the Cleveland area, how do I order your products for my business?

While our direct to customer shipping is available only in NE Ohio, we have partnered with a variety of distributors in northeast Ohio that have allowed us to expand our service area to include western and southern OH, PA, WV, NY, IN, KY, MI, and more.


I’m allergic to a certain ingredient, how do you handle allergens?

Some of our products do contain some of the common allergens, but we take every step possible to ensure no cross contamination. We only produce products with a particular allergen together, and make sure all machinery and utensils used in production are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized afterward.


How do I place an order?

Our office if staffed Monday – Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. We have voicemail that is monitored after hours and on weekends to allow for the convenience of ordering 24/7.


Can I find your ice cream in a grocery store? Where can I find your ice cream?

Currently we are not in any grocery chains or markets. But please feel free to give us a call or email us and we will be more than happy to help you find a customer of ours in your area that proudly serves our products.


If you’re not in a grocery store or market, can I only get your products by the cone or dish?

While our facility does not have a retail store, we do welcome orders from the public. We can usually, with at least 24 hour notice, pack your favorite flavor of ice cream(s) into a 1.5 gallon size container, or you can purchase from our stocked items our half gallon containers for pick up and to enjoy at home.
